Return Process

  Verify that all wallpaper rolls are unopened, in their original shrink-wrap, and that the batch numbers match your delivery note.

  Book Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to generate your unique return authorization number and download your prepaid or standard shipping label.

  Package Securely

  Place the rolls back into their original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the return form is included inside.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
